Work anywhere in the US or Canada. We've been remote-friendly since the beginning and utilize Slack, Zoom, and other tools to enable our remote team. We also provide all new hires with a home office setup subsidy.

We cover employee healthcare at 100%! We also provide life insurance, FSA, and EAP options along with parental leaves for all caregivers.
We match 401(k) up to 4% with employee input at 5%.
Quarterly fitness and wellbeing subsidies
In addition to healthcare coverage, we provide fitness and wellbeing subsidies for app subscriptions and gym or other memberships.
Annual learning stipend
To encourage our key value of intellectual curiosity, we reimburse an annual amount for learning and growth courses for all employees.

We encourage our employees to take a minimum of 10 days of leave each year in addition to our 10 paid holidays.
As a reward for 5 years of service, we provide 5 weeks of continuous leave for a sabbatical.
We believe everyone should have a long-term stake in the company, so all offers come with stock options and we continue to provide stock options throughout our employees' time at Algorithmia.
